You’ll work directly with our Sales Director, Cédric, who will challenge you to grow and back you every step of the way. In our flat hierarchy, your contributions won’t just be noticed, they’ll be celebrated.
From day one, you'll take ownership of key accounts and shape your territory strategy. You’ll work with clients across diverse sectors like Healthcare, Construction, Food & Beverage, and Manufacturing, expanding your network throughout the Netherlands and Belgium.
You’ll have access to ongoing training in value-based selling, work in close collaboration with a tight knit team of experts helping you to sharpen your sales skills and boost your earning potential.

Here’s what you'll do
✅ You'll start by managing a portfolio of accounts, making sure they get the most out of the Bizzmine platform.
✅ As you build relationships, you'll spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, increasing your revenue and impact.
✅ You'll develop account plans that identify new revenue streams and work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs.
✅ Your feedback will help shape the product and go-to-market strategy, giving you a real say in how the business develops.
Job requirements
What you'll need
👍 3-5 years of experience in Account Management within a B2B SaaS or tech sales environment
💥 Strong commercial instincts and a track record of hitting (and exceeding) revenue targets
⚡ Experience selling into Construction, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, F&B, or Manufacturing is a plus.
🧠 A strategic thinker who excels in complex, consultative selling environments.
🤗 A people person who builds strong, lasting relationships.
🔄 Highly adaptable, quick to pivot, and always one step ahead.
🗣️ Fluency in English and Dutch. (French, Italian, or German are a bonus!)
